Original Artwork & Limited Editions
All photographs offered for sale are original artistic works created by Robin Layton. Limited edition prints are produced only in the edition sizes stated on each product page. Once an edition is sold out, no additional prints of that edition or size will be produced. Each limited-edition print includes a signed signature label and Certificate of Authenticity where applicable.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
Payment
Payment is due in full before production or shipment begins. Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received.
Production
Each print is professionally produced using archival materials and is made to order. Please allow the production time listed on the product page before shipment. Minor variations in color may occur due to differences in monitors, mobile devices, lighting conditions, and the natural characteristics of fine art printing.
Shipping
Orders are carefully packaged to help ensure safe delivery. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country.
Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of:
- The damaged artwork
- The shipping box
- The shipping label
- Any visible damage to the packaging
These photographs may be required to process an insurance claim or replacement.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each artwork is printed to order, all sales are final.Returns or exchanges are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.If a replacement is approved, the damaged artwork may need to be returned before a replacement is issued.
Copyright
All photographs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Robin Layton.The purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.Artwork may not be copied, scanned, photographed for reproduction, distributed, modified, used commercially, or reproduced in any form without prior written permission.
Personal Use
Purchased artwork is intended for personal display only unless otherwise agreed in writing.Commercial use, resale of reproductions, or licensing is prohibited without written authorization.
Image Display
Images shown on this website are intended to represent the artwork as accurately as possible.Because screen calibration varies between devices, slight differences in color, brightness, and contrast should be expected.
Care Instructions
To protect your artwork, avoid using liquid glass cleaners such as Windex® or other ammonia-based cleaners on non-glare acrylic (plexiglass). These products can permanently damage the anti-reflective surface.Instead, gently dust the acrylic with a clean, dry microfiber cloth or a dry Swiffer® duster. If additional cleaning is needed, please contact us for recommendations on products that are safe for museum-quality acrylic.
