FAQ
Editions & Authenticity
What is a limited-edition print?
A limited edition means only a specific number of prints will ever be produced in that size. Once the edition sells out, no additional prints will be made.
Do your prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes. Every limited-edition print includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity verifying the artwork and edition number.
Will you make more prints after an edition sells out?
No. Once an edition is sold out, it is permanently closed.
What do the edition numbers mean?
An edition number such as 5/25 means your print is number 5 in an edition of 25 total prints.
Printing & Materials
What type of paper do you use?
All prints are produced using archival, museum-quality fine art papers selected for exceptional detail, tonal range, and longevity.
Are your prints archival?
Yes. I use archival pigment inks and premium papers designed to last for decades with proper care.
Ordering & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each print is made to order, please allow time for professional printing, quality inspection, and shipping. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.
How are prints packaged?
Smaller prints are shipped flat in protective packaging, while larger prints that are unframed are carefully rolled in sturdy shipping tubes to ensure they arrive safely.
Care & Display
How should I care for my fine art print?
Placement
To help preserve your artwork, avoid displaying it in direct sunlight or areas with prolonged exposure to natural light, as this may cause fading over time.
Plexi Care
Non-glare plexiglass (acrylic) is a delicate surface that can scratch easily. When handling or installing your artwork, please wear clean gloves to help prevent fingerprints, smudges, and surface damage.
Never use Windex® or any liquid cleaners on non-glare plexi. These products can damage the anti-reflective coating and permanently affect the surface. Instead, gently remove dust using a clean, dry microfiber cloth or a dry Swiffer® duster.
Storage
Unframed prints should not be stored in their shipping tube for extended periods. Your print is a delicate fine art piece and should be taken directly to a professional framer. We recommend handling it as little as possible before framing to ensure it remains in pristine condition.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Because prints are made to order, returns are generally not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damage and packaging. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Licensing
Can I reproduce or use the photograph commercially?
No. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright. All images remain protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Do you license your photographs?
Yes. Selected images are available for editorial, commercial, and interior design licensing. Please get in touch to discuss your project.
